About the Felt Collection

The very first Carga bag was made using industrial wool felt intended for a completely different project. When working with the felt, we realized it was perfect for making bags.

The felt collection has since become our flagship line and industrial wool felt is still our signature material.

Our bags step away from traditional bag-making methods by being assembled (rather than sewn) with hardware parts.

All bags are batch produced and hand assembled in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in a family run workshop.

A Carga bag carries an embossed serial numbered metal disc emphasizing the unique character of each bag.
