Shipping & Returns
We try our best to maintain all of our items permanently in stock in New York City, where we then ship to our final customers from.
In the event that an item is out of stock in the USA, we will ship directly from our workshop in Argentina.
• US orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
• International orders are shipped using USPS Parcel Post. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivery. Buyer is responsible for customs duties if applicable.
We always provide our customers with a tracking number for their order.
Please note that not all countries offer tracking and not all packages are trackable all the time.
If you can't locate your shipment and it is past its arrival date please contact us and we will do our best to help.
